The trail starts on Nadasa Valley on a paved road, then on the forest road up to a clearing. From here, climb up to Faget Peak near the ruins of the former Faget Hut (burnt). On the ridge there is a mountain hut located at the intersection of the blue stripe, blue dot and yellow stripe trails, and from there you walk along the edge of the forest and descend slowly to Mezovesti Meadow. The markings become scarce for one kilometer up below Bitca Mezovesti, where you split from the yellow stripe marking that veers to the right. Walk around the peak (left) through a series of clearings, and from Mezovesti Saddle walk around the next peak (left) until you reach Tifra Peak. Continue in a steep descent between the fallen trees on the well-shaped ridge until the forest becomes thick and dense. After a few hundred meters get to a wooded road with young trees that makes a few turns and reaches Paraul Tifra forest road, 500 m from Bistricioara Valley. From here follow 174B road to the south to Valea Cupelor village, where the trail splits to the right and follows the road along Cupelor brook, climbing between the houses. Walk around Piciorul Manzului (south) in a short climb that takes you to the area of 7 Izvoare (Seven Springs), where you can see Borsec beltway. Cross the road and follow the power line to 7 Izvoare Alley.
