The trail runs mostly on the asphalt, so it is suitable as a road cycling trail. The loop trail is an easy one, and therefore it can also be done by less experienced cyclists. The starting point is the of Viseu de Sus. Continue on DN18 national road and before you change direction, bike through Viseu de Jos. Here, follow the road sign and leave DN18 to head for Bocicoel on DJ188 county road. You can visit the old wooden church and then return to the asphalt and the switchbacks to Bogdan Voda. At the intersection of the narrow DJ188 and DJ186 roads, turn to the right (west) and head for the next village Sieu. You can also visit the wooden church in this village and then prepare for the only unpaved section of the trail, which connects Iza and Viseu valleys. Climb the hill with a little effort and enjoy the descent. The macadam is occasionally dotted with haystacks, offering a good view of the surrounding peaks and settlements. The descent ends at the edge of the village of Leordina and the return to the starting point is on the asphalt (DN18 national road) towards Viseu de Sus.
